It's the last episode before our summer break!

Leaving you all off with a sampling of five different farmhouse-style beers and pontificating on the history, the magic, the mystery, and, indeed the glory that is Saison. These light, effervescent, highly drinkable beers are the perfect complement to a hot summer evening so we spend some time getting to know them better.

On our journey, we take a slight detour to Texas and a briny showdown between two breweries vying for the title of the King of Texas Pickle Beers.
