Well, let's talk about reinvention. And a face we all know and love, Tisha Campbell. For decades, she's been making us laugh – on *Martin*, *My Wife and Kids*, and countless other roles. But now, she's taking the plunge. She's stepping onto the stand-up stage for the first time, embarking on a comedy tour with the talented Finesse Mitchell.

Now, some might say, "Tisha Campbell? Stand-up? What's this about?" But think about it. She's spent years honing her comedic timing, her delivery, her ability to connect with an audience. That's a foundation that any stand-up comic would envy. And all of that translates.

What strikes me most is the way she's talking about it. You can see the excitement practically radiating off her. She's not just saying she's doing stand-up; she's *pronouncing* it, like she’s telling us she just won the lottery, with a genuine glow, with real joy. And that's infectious.

We can always have Tisha Fridays. The show doesn’t have to stop. I never stopped thinking about Tisha Fridays.—a delightful little phenomenon that took place at Xen Lounge. Now, you might be asking yourself, "What’s so special about this Tisha Fridays?" Well, if you weren't there, you might’ve missed out on something that isn’t just another blip on the entertainment radar. It was then Tisha Campbell Martin, you see, gracing that lounge with her presence and those magnificent vocals that made it hard not to tap your feet or sway a little in your chair.
 
Some say she filled the room with her voice—I would argue she overflowed it! You’ve got to love when a performer takes a lounge and transforms it from just another speakeasy into a veritable altar of soul and rhythm. I mean, who would’ve thought you could pack a place on a Friday night just because someone wanted to sing their heart out? I guess that’s the magic of Tisha; she didn’t just perform—she connected with the crowd. Like a warm embrace after a long day, her performances wrapped around you, filling you with a sense of joy you didn’t even know you needed.

Tisha would often remind folks that she didn’t own Xen Lounge. No, no—the honor belonged to her husband, whoever that lucky guy is. It was Dwayne Martin of course. She may not have had her name on the door, but let’s be honest here—whenever Tisha was in the house, it felt like her lounge. I could practically hear her saying, “I didn’t buy the place; I’m just the star attraction!” But let's face it, when you're the draw, do you really need a title? There was an undeniable vibe about her, as if she was the very heartbeat of that space.

And regardless of ownership, anyone who attended a Tisha Friday undoubtedly felt the magic of what she brought to the table, or rather, to the stage. It’s fascinating how a packed lounge can articulate the love and adoration of a community coming together, isn’t it? People flocked to Xen Lounge, not just for good food or drink, but to soak in the atmosphere she helped create. It was a place where music transcended the ordinary, and Tisha was at the forefront—like a conductor leading an orchestra of lively spirits.

So while she might not have been the official owner of the lounge, she definitely owned Friday nights in a way. You know what they say: it’s not always about who has the title; sometimes it's just about who has the magic touch. And in that case, Tisha Campbell  had it in spades! Today’s topic is my unexpected moment with Tisha Campbell. Sometimes I like to have a little fun on social media. One of my favorite celebrities is Tisha Campbell. The incredibly talented and beloved Tisha Campbell. That’s right! From Martin where she played Gina, the lovely girlfriend we all knew and adored. Well let me tell you what went down!

I’m scrolling on social media, and I can’t resist the urge to tease Tisha a little. I’d send her messages calling her Gina and even hit her with a hilarious GIF of Martin Lawrence‘s character, Sheneneh banging on the door. yelling. I would write: Come out of there. Just a little jokey poke ,you know? It was all in good fun, but let’s be real. I thought there’s no way she’d see little Ol’ me just a regular gal having some laughs. I wrote and said a lot of things to Tisha. Not all the things I said were jokes.

But then, bam! One day out of the blue I get a notification. Tisha Campbell had actually replied to me. I was shocked. I mean I’m sitting here in my own little corner of the world thinking, “Ain’t nobody gonna pay attention to me.” But there she was. She called out some of my comments, said I was right about everything except for one thing.

She said, “You’re not a nobody.” I was like, “Wait! what?!” Tisha told me I was God’s child and that we all are. It made my heart swell. She even wished me a blessed day. Can you believe that?

Now,it was an eye-opener for me. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think of Tisha as someone who would be so openly spiritual, or who would recognize God in such a way. She told me some other wise words too about God another time, but that moment reminded me that you never truly know someone’s heart and soul Just based on their public persona.

So here’s the Takeaway: Whether you’re a Hollywood star or just someone like me, we all have our struggles, beliefs and stories, and sometimes a little kindness can make an enormous difference.

So Tisha, if you’re out there listening, thank you for that reminder. You’ve gained a lifelong fan, and I can’t wait to see what you do next.

Hello. I'm Gail Nobles. I was reading about Tisha Campbell's rare lung disorder and how her health improved. I know a little bit about the lung disorder because I know people who have it. Tisha was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. What causes Sarcoidosis is unknown. It can affect your eyes, skin, heart, and other organs. I know that sometimes a person with Sarcoidosis can give out a breath real quick. There is no cure for it. Sometimes people have to take Prednisone pills and all that. And sometimes after so long, some people can come off the medicine or come off because it might be causing something else.


I'm glad that Tisha's health has improved. We all know that stress can help play a part and make things worse. I read an article about Tisha and her lung disorder, and she said that you got to do everything that's right. That's very true. I know for a fact that eating right is important. If you don't eat right, a whole lot more sickness can come upon you. I'm Gail Nobles. Thank you for listening.

Tisha Campbell can tell a story that will make you want to hear more and more. She tells it in a way to make you sit still and listen for what will happen next. Tisha trlls true stories, and they are very captivating. She has a captivating storytelling ability. I’m always drawn in by her words. I can remember everything she shares.

 Tisha was a was on the Jennifer Hudson show. She told how Whitney Houston braided her hair when they were young. I always wondered if she ever met Whitney Houston. She also shared a little story about how she saw a bear walking around in the grocery store. I remember when it first happened. Tisha was online sharing a video clip of it one year.

 When Tisha Campbell tells a story, I love her facial expressions and how she can paint a picture in the mind to the listener. When Tisha is done telling her story, it makes you feel lokr you have been there with her. Hearing her is like almost watching a movie.

 I think Tisha Campbell has a natural ability ability for telling stories and her stories are true stories the story that she told about the bear was true and when she tells it you can sense fear when she talks about it you can sense some adventure from that story.

 I'm always eagered to hear Tisha when she's telling a story about herself. Even when she talks about her sons or someone else. I always have great pleasure listening to Tisha Campbell.

Tonight's topic: Tisha's Campbell's father Clifton.
I am a little sad tonight because I just found out that Tisha Campbell's father Clifton passed away. I did not know him but I felt like I did a little bit. I knew something about him by following Tisha's brother Stan. I also used to follow Tisha and her son Xen but I left Instagram. I had a number of Instagram accounts, and I wasn't getting anywhere. Tisha was still on Twitter at the time. So I left Instagram.

It was November 2023 that Mr. Clifton Campbell passed away at the age of 76. In my finding out, Tisha made me laugh. There was an article about her and how she discovered a hilarious reason her father kept his DVD player.

What I know about Tisha's father is he played chess. According to the family picture I once saw on Instagram of her father, he looked like he was a good teacher in chess. It was a long time ago that I saw the picture. I think there was more than one in the picture that I saw. There were some children he was watching play chess. I wanted to be there with them because I used to play chess too.

Hello everyone! Happy 2024. I'm thinking of Tisha Campbell today. I miss seeing her in fresh new video clips performing at the lounge, but she could have her very own lounge and could call it Campbell's Club. I don't know. I'm just saying that for an example since her last name is Campbell.

Tisha might could tie-in with the Campbell Soup Company with homemade club recipes on her menu. I don't know. I'm just saying.

If one club or lounge is successful, maybe she could own more than one. There should be no limit in what you can do as long as you do the right thing.

A lounge is a place for people to socialize, have drinks, music, and performance. Tisha could have special guest and invite people like Taraji P. Henson and other celebrities. She could have talent show night. Different nights for different things, and of course, Tisha could could do some singing. After all, she would be the owner.

Tisha could film the camels club I'm just saying she loves the camera she loves to share you know what I'm talking about if you have seen her on Instagram I haven't been peeping at Instagram lately but I know Tisha.

She's an actress, singer, & dancer. She could be called a producer if nobody hasn’t already, and she can direct. There are a lot of things that Tisha Campbell could do. I see it. I’m just saying.

Hello I'm Gail Nobles. Today’s topic is Tisha - The Most Memorable Laughs. Tisha Campbell was in the days of comedy back in the 90s starting with the American television sitcom Martin that aired for five seasons on Fox from 1990 to 1997. Tisha could really make you laugh. The whole show was funny but there was something about Tisha Campbell alone. She played as Gina Waters in the city of Detroit, Michigan. There was something about her acting that reminded me of Lucille Ball in the old television sitcom that aired on CBS in 1951 to 1957. I love Lucy. Both of them went out of their way to make faces and do funny things, but Tisha had her very own unique style.

The most memorable episode that everybody that watched Martin can't forget is when she played Gina getting her head stuck in the bed rail. And whenever she would panic, her voice would get all her squeaky and loud. She was trying to get through the door and was about to kill herself doing it. Gina was about to tear up the kitchen knocking things down off the kitchen table.

Do you remember the Pretty Ricky episode when Gina’s lip was all twisted, make up ruined, and hair was all messed up? Her jaw and mouth was swollen. Gina was allergic to avocado. The episode was about Martin attending his anniversary class reunion. Things were going well until he saw Gina in the state that she was in. Martin didn't want Gina to go. He decided to go to his reunion without her, but Gina arrived. She didn't look like she was in her right mind. She could hardly walk. She was high on medication. She found the comb in her hair sitting down saying: Ooow! That’s where I left it!” She was trying to fix her hair. She was trying to stand up falling down. Ricky started making fun of Gina and calling her names like elephant woman, and Martin punches Pretty Ricky out.

So yes, Tisha Campbell could make you laugh. She brought a funny story to life making all those faces and doing funny things. I've never seen no one else in comedy history acting out a scene where they get their head stuck in a bed rail. I have never seen anyone that's pretty go out of their way to mess up their face for a show. Not the way Tisha Campbell has done it.

Hello! I’m Gail Nobles. Today’s topic is Tisha Campbell’s Post: I’m Free.
I was happy to see Tisha Campbell and her husband doing things together. She use to sing at his lounge. They had friends going there, there was talent night, and Indie Night Film festival night. I saw two people being a blessing to other people. But, it’s not always what you see.
When I found out Tisha and her husband were going to get a divorce, it made me sad. I saw that if they got along, they could really prosper and live happily together. But it didn’t end that way. I wish Tisha and her husband the best in life.

Back in Oct. of 2019, there was a headline that Tisha was saying that she was finally free. She was showing off a house that she no longer lived in.
If there is no happiness in a house, it is not a home. It’s just a house. So if you guys decide to marry a woman, don’t think that you are just going to put a woman in a house. That’s not all there is to it. A house can’t grow arms and hug you. It can’t love you. That’s not what makes you happy.

Imagine the woman you marry gone all of the time & never there. You don’t marry the house. You marry the woman. Hopefully she’ll marry you & not the house. I got to put it that way. I don’t know no other way to put it. You got to marry for love, and marry because you care for a person. Im not saying don’t have nice things.

If you think a person is going to just sit in a house and be happy, you might want to think again. If two people are not getting along in a house, it can be years of agony.
