The Titanic hit an ice berg and sunk on April 15, 1912. Or did it. Was the ship replaced by the Olympic, the sister ship that had been involved in a nasty collision and was now uninsurable? Did Captain Smith cause the disaster thinking all the passengers would survive by being rescued by another ship, seen that night, but never recorded? Was the whole thing just one big insurance scam?
