• Gar will brood about Raven
• Jason will be upset that Crane hires Lady Vic
• Lady Vic's target will be Barbara, not Dick
• Scarecrow's anti-fear potion has a mind-control substance
• Jason will start to doubt Scarecrow, and stop using the anti-fear

Clint

• Blackfire and Connor will have a conversation that leads to them getting in a car together to go somewhere
• Dick will be investigating how to find Red Hood but will get sidetracked by what's happening in Bludhaven
• Scarecrow will start to grow suspicious of Red Hood's loyalty to him
• Scarecrow will call Lady Vic in to secure his safety
• Dick and Lady Vic will meet and fight each other
• Gar will consider leaving to find Rachel
• Lady Vic and Red Hood won't like each other at all

Lucho

• Lady Vic aka Elaine Marsh-Morton began as an enemy to Nightwing. Since Dick hasn't been Nightwing for too long this will explain why she becomes her enemy.
• Nightwing will stop her from completing one of her assassinations/bounty hunts
• The person she will be after is Barbara
• She's part of an organization called the Blockbuster gang which is a bunch of mob people working together. This will be mentioned
• They will interact as Dick and Elaine but since they don't know each other's secret id's they will be friendly
• There will be sex involved between the 2???
• It Will culminate with a battle between Lady Vic and Nightwing but will be a draw
• Barbra will apologize to Dick for shooting him
• We will find out more about Starfire and her sister and what has become of them
• Beastboy will try and contact or will get into contact with Raven
