This week we are talking about a mortgage lender who gives back to the community in a huge way! Have you ever heard of a lender donating 10% of all revenue to a charity? Ya I hadn't heard of that either until I met Steve Greaves and heard about Tithe Lending.

They have a very unique story and a very unique model. They created their company and their foundation at the same time. Their foundation is a pass through for all the money they give away so 100% of all the money that is donated to the charity will go into the community to help non profits in need.

Their whole family is involved in this endeavor and has to be one of the coolest things I have heard of. Anyone that knows me knows I am a bleeding heart so I love this concept.  Also- y'all should try the cookies and icing dipped pretzels they make- you won't be disappointed!
