The silicone strings are smaller and longer than allowed under mandatory toy safety standards and can reach the back of a child’s throat, become lodged, and create a serious choking hazard that can lead to respiratory distress or death. Affected: Model no. 688-59.

About 102,430 teething toys were sold online in the US at Amazon.com between October 2022 and January 2026.

Stop using this recalled toy, take it away from children, and contact ZW Creations at 1-833-699-8651 or by email at [email protected] to request a free replacement. You will be asked to cut and discard all silicone string tentacles, write “RECALLED” on the toy’s main body using a permanent marker, and submit a photograph of the destroyed product through the recall registration form online at miscotoys.com.
