"I guess if you understand that, it's like it's recharging without no kind of distraction. Although a book can be distraction. But most of the time, the book that I'm reading is an inspirational book. I'm also seeking therapy with a therapist that I see every other week. And I also see my psychiatrist about once a month because it's like, you know, I need others that I can talk to about my problems. And I just need that one on one experience."
