Jeremy Massa drove a truck for a living, hated it, and decided he needed a change. He was overweight and depressed. Jeremy started to take matters into his own hands and went from 247 to 175 lbs. Now he is the proud owner of Coalesce Fitness Solutions, and his journey to happiness has just begun.
