The CPSC and TJX subsidiaries including Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and HomeSense have recalled their Tommy Bahama and Martha Stewart-branded Nest Swing Egg Chairs.  These chairs may tip over or collapse with a user in them creating falls and injuries.  About 30,600 chairs were sold at the various TJX outlets.  Immediately stop using these chairs and return them to any Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and HomeSense store for a choice of a refund or a store gift card.  For more information and how to dispose of the chair and get a refund or gift card, contact TJX at 1-508-390-1000.
