TK Kong is a Product Manager at Ramp, a corporate card and spending management platform. Previously, TK decided to forgo his return offer at Facebook to join an early-stage startup hoping to accelerate his career at an exponential pace. He reveals how he took advantage of asymmetric upsides to grow his career, whilst discovering the flexibility of a horizontal org.
