Nima is a 22 year old from Houston, TX who has been learning Kathak under her Guru Smt. Shiva Mathur for the past eleven years. Nima is the founder and owner of Kathak Bells Handmade Creations.

Nima’s passion for Kathak inspired her to open this business. She started by restringing broken ghungroos of her classmates. This eventually gave her the idea to start a company. With the blessing of her guru, she established Kathak Bells Handmade Creations in July 2020 and now ships handcrafted ghungroos throughout the United States and Canada.

Kathak Bells is an eco-friendly company. All packaging used is biodegradable or compostable. No plastic or styrofoam is used.
