We launch Season 3 with Mark Grayson, author of Getting Naked: A Field Guide for Men. Mark spent years as an entrepreneur before becoming a columnist for The Good Men Project and writing Getting Naked. He is also the founding director of Trinity Spiritual Center in Southport, CT. In this interview, we discuss Mark's life as well as key elements of his book: the limitations of "man box" culture; the importance of being naked, physically and emotionally; our need to connect with all sides of ourselves; what we gain from stillness and retreat; and why we need to redefine success. •
