It's clear we need to adapt to live, but it's easy to lose sight of that. Too often we find ourselves taking comfort in repetition. If we keep rolling in the same groove, eventually we will dig a hole so deep we won't know how to get out of it.

Take the time now, to learn and get out of your rut while you still can. It's never too late to make good changes in your life, so long as you are motivated and strong-willed you can conquer anything.

We are the most adaptable beings on the planet. We have adapted to climate changes, societal behavior's, diet, public expectations, the list goes on. And it will continue to grow as this world propels itself further and further in the direction of growth and change.
