“I lost my son, but do I want to live in a world where the universe can say that my son lost his father?” -Dr. Detwiler

Darin Detwiler has a CV that takes 74 pages to record. The defining moment in his life came after the loss of his 16-month-old son Riley due to second-hand exposure to the E. coli bacteria stemming from tainted beef sold at Jack in the Box restaurants. 

He has since become one of the leading experts who have shaped the last 30 years of Food Safety. Todd is honored to welcome him to the show.
