On this podcast I interviewed my good friend Kyle Kingsbury. Kyle is a former professional fighter and worked as the Director of Human optimization at Onnit with Aubrey Marcus for several years. Now he’s focused on running the Kyle Kingsbury Podcast, on which he connects with some of the greatest minds from around the globe via interviews. I met Kyle a few years ago when I went to Onnit to do a podcast about the health effects of sunlight. Kyle has such a positive and strong energy that is so infectious and although he is 6 foot 3 inches and probably 250 pounds or more, he is the gentlest giant I have ever met! He has tremendous power as a being and is using it in the quest of good.

 

In this episode, Kyle and I began by discussing technocracy and many of the things that are going wrong in our world today, as well as, what the real risk for people is, which unfortunately many may overlook. We discuss how all of the little freedoms that we are allowing to be taken away could end up accumulating to be so much more. We talk about what Kyle has learned on his journey and what any individual can do to take responsibility for their own life to both, be the best that they can be, and be of the greatest service to our world and all that is good. Kyle also recommends a tremendous amount of resources for those interested in understanding the darkness occurring in our world today, as well as what we can do to elevate and free ourselves.
