We enjoyed our chat with Jonathan Alvarado last week so much. He gave us many great insights into the inner-workings of Walt Disney World. One of the elements that we chatted about last week was that of the Four Keys of the Disney customer experience. We enjoyed those four keys so much that we decided to dedicate this entire episode to it. The Four Keys (safety, courtesy, show and efficiency) are amazingly concise and profound in how they direct Disney’s moves in everything that they do.
