Eric DeCosta has been with the Ravens since day 1, from an intern to a scout and now the GM/Executive VP since 2019. His dream began at age 6 when he decided, “to be the guy that builds the team.” Despite his limitations, he loved to learn, showed enthusiasm every day, actively looked for ways to improve and earned respect from his peers.

He was rejected by all but one NFL team, but with that opportunity he created a process making him irreplaceable. His work ethic, growth mindset, thirst for knowledge and ability to truly define competiveness and strength continues to make the Baltimore Ravens and the local community better each day.
