Despite having no college football offers, Todd Anderson took advantage of one opportunity, which led to another and another after that. By putting himself “in the fire”, he repeatedly elevated the bar to become a product of his environment. His mindset to convince others and prove himself everyday enabled him to create a process to earn a full scholarship, starting fullback position at Michigan State and a roster spot in the NFL. After an abrupt end to his playing career, Todd took his personal passion for strength and conditioning to performance coaching. He now creates comprehensive individualized training program encompass strength, condition, nutrition, sleep, brain health and stress management for a variety of high level athletes including a program devoted to elite swimmers. His biggest challenge these days: trying to convince his wife (3X Olympic medalist and World Champion swimmer) Katie Hoff to let him install a sauna on his porch!
