Maxwell Costes is a Baltimore native whose success in high school was largely related to his wellness practices created by a supportive environment. He earned the opportunity  to play Division 1 Baseball at the University of Maryland where he began to confront his own mental health issues. By choosing to access support, he learned the importance of acceptance, prioritizing excellence over perfection and valuing discipline over motivation. He invests in consuming the right information and meaningful relationships. Now a member of the Baltimore Orioles system, Maxwell is, “content but never satisfied.”
