Do you ever catch yourself making excuses when things don't entirely go your way?

Have you ever tried to explain away why you couldn’t do something?

It seems that it’s human nature to constantly make excuses for ourselves and others. Every single nanosecond we have a gazillion thoughts; some of them positive and some are negative. Every time we have a negative thought, it hot-wires our brain to set up certain beliefs. Those beliefs influence the action we take or don’t take and the results we produce or don't produce.

In this week's episode, I share a simple tool to break through the negative thinking and the endless cycle of reasons we tell ourselves when we don’t have the things we want.
