With more than 30 years in law enforcement and experience leading the Houston Police Department, Finner brings proven leadership and a deep understanding of the profession. • Dallas Police loss — Our thoughts are with the Dallas Police Department following the passing of Chris Blow, who died off duty after a sudden medical emergency while traveling overseas to be with family.
