When you’re self-isolating, it’s important to keep tabs on your mental state. Does anybody else have cabin fever? Notice any unusual cravings lately? Reflecting on how much we may not have appreciated what we had before we all put ourselves into social isolation? Of course, it helps Janet and Brian to have each other, but doesn’t more exposure mean more opportunities for couple conflicts? One major thing that they have noticed is the fact that before the US started to shut down, they definitely didn’t take as much time to make their social health as much of a priority. Definitely feeling the effects of it now. Well, that’s now on the list of things to fix when it’s safe to do so.
