During AnAl's first week as PM, the globalists have gathered for their annual Spectre meeting at their Davos lair planning our future. I cover all the post-election changes you may have missed on this special end of week Tim's News Explosion.
I begin with a health alert as we now have covid, the flu, gastro, RSV, monkeypox, Japanese Encephalitis, and Legionnaires’ disease to be alarmed about. PM AnAl’s first week has been dominated by foreign policy following his Quad meeting. Foreign Minister Penny Wong has been visiting the Pacific region in an effort to stop more nations from signing security pacts with China.
Scott Morrison has resigned as Liberal leader with Peter Dutton the only candidate to replace him. Labor’s Tanya Plibersek has apologized for saying that Peter Dutton looks like Voldemort. Dutton has promised to bring moderates and conservatives together and show a different side of himself. In the 2019 election campaign, the Courier-Mail quoted Dutton’s wife saying ‘my Pete’s no monster’. After a terrible federal election result for the Liberals in Victoria, the state party proceeded in expelling conservative pro-life MLC Bernie Finn this week.
In a sign that it won’t be easy under Albanese and AnAl will be painful electricity prices will rise from July. Acting Home Affairs Minister Jim Chalmers announced that the Tamil asylum seeker family will be allowed to return to Biloela on bridging visas despite arriving in Australia illegally and not being found to be refugees.
The World Economic Forum held its annual meeting at its lair in Davos, Switzerland. Founder and Chairman Klaus Schwab is not deterred by increased scrutiny of his Great Reset declaring to his guests ‘the future will be built by us’. He joked about anti-vax conspiracy theorists with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla. Australia’s eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant told the forum that online free speech needs to be recalibrated against a range of other human rights. Alibaba Group president J. Michael Evans announced plans for carbon footprint trackers.
In UK news Sue Gray’s report into Partygate has finally been published and is much more damning about the culture inside Number 10 than anticipated but Boris Johnson is holding on to the Prime Ministership. The US has had another tragic mass shooting with 18-year-old Salvador Ramos murdering 19 students and two teachers and wounded 17 others at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. Australian-style gun control is again being sold as the solution for this sick aspect of US culture.
In celebrity news actor Ray Liotta died suddenly at the age of 67 in his sleep. Actor Kevin Spacey has been charged in the UK with four counts of sexual assault against three men.
