<p>This crazy drunk gets on a westbound SEPTA RT 36 Trolley and proceeds to ramble and argue with the Operator about what he thinks was wrong despite himself being all in the wrong. Slick and another passenger could only sit and listen as well as watch the madness ensue. Thankfully, he didn't stay on board too long and jumped off a few stops later. Never a dull moment on SEPTA. SMH..... </p>
