30 Teams In 24 Days retreats from The City of Angels to head to the town known as The Windy City, as Gavriel and Torrence head back home to discuss the Chicago Bulls in the 2nd episode of Day 23 as part of Double Drop Thursdays.

As the two friends share their given views on the lack of moves made by the franchise during the offseason, prior to examining the Bulls' 25 & under crop and if there is any member within the particular group that they find themselves high on entering the 2025-26 campaign.

In addition to assessing head coach Billy Donovan's tenure with the franchise and whether or not he has what it takes to be successful in developing Chicago's young talent, before having an extensive conversation on if the Bulls should aim for a top five pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.

While also pondering on if executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas and general manager Marc Eversley truly have a plan in place to guide them back to the top of the Eastern Conference & more on the six-time NBA champions whose fan base aspires to see better days in the future.
