The Pharisees' motives in approaching Jesus were wrong. Their goal was to win an argument and come out on top. Let's be sure that when we tell others what it is that we believe, that our motivation isn't to argue someone down, but to speak the truth in love. Winning an argument shouldn't be our goal.
