To be free is to show the world who you truly are and to stand up for what you believe in, what you value, what lights a fire within your heart, what you’re awakening to, and to rise up to your higher calling.

I am so passionate about overcoming the fear of speaking your truth and unsuppressing yourself because this is something I have been healing for a few years now, ever since I answered the call to leave my 9-year corporate career to become a healer + coach + business owner. In this realm, you have to be SEEN and express the art of your heart and the song of your soul in order to serve your people.

However, I know so many of us in this realm are having such a difficult time doing this because of…. 

FEAR

This fear is not the fear of being seen…

It's a fear of how our authentic expression will be perceived and received as we choose to be seen.
