I believe in self-improvement. That's what led me to being diagnosed with BPD in 2012 and finding out I was an INFP from Briggs-Meyers personality test. Why are these titles so important? They helped me to find out more about myself and more importantly confirmed that I'm not as alone as I think. Now, at 33, I'm still trying heal from childhood trauma and being told all my life I was "too sensitive" from "insensitive" people. This is a podcast for the highly sensitive and idealist. Everyday is a new day to discover yourself!
