Hi. I'm Raluca Ioana Man, your host, today I'd like to speak with you about To Be or Not to Be a Bad Leader and about bad leadership techniques.
You have, without a doubt, experienced at least one instance of ineffective or bad leadership at some point in your life.
We are all confronted with challenges and trying circumstances on a nearly daily basis. Our perseverance, our skills, and our mindset are all being put to the test by these challenges. You may believe that some organizations are drama-free, but believe me when I say that you're completely wrong.
The way in which an individual deals with the challenges and adversities encountered daily is what sets a good leader apart from a bad leader.
I like what Jack Welch said:
“When you were made a leader, you weren't given a crown, you were given the responsibility to bring out the best in others.”
