To-caffeinate or not-to-caffeinate?

How much is too much? How much caffeine do we find in coffee compared to espresso, tea, energy drinks, etc.. Can we use caffeine for performance, for fat loss or to suppress our appetite? - I give my 2 cents on all of these questions.
