Michelle and James break down the latest news from around the WNBA. Brianna is unhappy with the flight situation, the Dream are rebuilding but should somebody tell them.

Michelle asks the questions in the hosts spotlight this week and put James in the hot seat. James talks about his return to basketball in later life with City of Edinburgh Basketball and some of the people that influenced him like Simon Flockhart who gave him his first minutes on court after 12 years and Craig Nicol who helped James with building confidence playing in a cup final and against the USA. But none of that would have been possible if not for Clare Mackle who James suggests would be a good call as GM for an expansion team. James also talks about the importance of the WNBA and why he started the show and how it came was born plus were he would like to take it.
