When God created man in the beginning, he gave man the ability to choose, it was a choice that makes man a free moral or later an immoral agent that's why when Adam chose to do wrong God made adjustments and killed a lamb, to make coats to cover them; a shadow of things to come. But He did so because He knew He had given Adam that choice to choose good or evil. And as we know Adam later on chose evil and sin which brought sin upon the whole human race.
When the Lord Jesus Christ come back to judge the Earth to determine those who will go to heaven or those who will go to hell. It will also be based on our choice whether we choose God's way and accepted His Son Jesus Christ's sacrifice and repented and become saved or did we choose to live in sin and go to hell. So, you see choosing Heaven or Hell is based on our own decision, and no one can force you into Heaven and no one can force you into Hell but you and I, my friend, must make that decision. I pray that we both choose heaven!
