As Heaven is real, so as hell. Listen, just because you don't see it, that doesn't mean it's not there. Therefore, many say that hell doesn't exist. The same logic with God just because we don't see God, we think He doesn't exist, and we think we can get away with everything down here. But that's not the case God do exist and sometimes He must correct man, shake him up to let man know "I'm still up here." We can't see righteousness, but we can see the effects of righteousness in the good this done. Nor can we see sin, but we can see the effects of sin, in the bad that's done. So therefore, sin is still present and the only way we can escape sin is forgiveness in Jesus Christ, to accept His blood bought sacrifice and be born again, living in our current state without Jesus we're all Hell bound.
Jesus Christ didn't just die for the ones who accept, serve and receives him, he died for all mankind. The fix for sin was like what we call a catch twenty-two. He couldn't just die for the righteous and snuff out the wicked, that would not be in line with the character of God. So, what he had to do to be in line with his original plan; he had to save all of us, to give us a chance to make a choice to either be with him in heaven or perish in hell. Because God's choice was to save us all, the other half of the equation is we must choose to be saved to complete the deal if you will. Choice plays a significant role in our salvation, as all men could be saved, but because of our choice all will not choose to be saved.
