Watching this today it’s hard to believe this franchise even got the word “saga” attached to it as the original features a plot ripped wholesale from Point Break and features enough Limp Bizkit music, Von Dutch work shirts and Ja Rule appearances to make it a distinct product of 2001. And yet, the movie has a fun charm that’s hard to top.
