How do you parse a pretribulation view with Revelation 3:10

Are there variations or levels of sins?

Who were the people that Jesus mentioned when he said, "Depart from me, I never knew you"?

What did Paul mean in 1 Corinthians when he mentioned those, "...who will not inherit the Kingdom..."?

Do spiritual gifts still exist in the world today?

Why would God take away those who know Jesus before the tribulation, wouldn't that make it much harder for those in the tribulation to come to know Jesus?
