However, many of us tend to favor light-moderate intensity and avoid the high intensity workouts, thereby missing out on both the physical and mental benefits of pushing ourselves to a point of extreme discomfort.

This week, Andy and Aaron discuss what pushing yourself physical limits is, why it’s important for us, and the mindset needed to get there.
