The initial thought that came to mind when I planned on speaking to the former Facebook Aus/NZ CEO was all about creating a culture and fitting in to an established company culture. When Stephen was onboarded as Facebook's CEO he was almost double the average age of the rest of the company. So naturally I was fascinated to get some insight from Stephen around what he learned going into this experience. How to fit in, influence and lead an established company.

Further to this however, Stephen is a gold mine of experience and wisdom around leadership (his philosophy on this is a cracker), knowing what makes a great idea succeed or fail, creating a culture bigger than one person (for us solo-preneurs) and the power of great branding and great marketing.
