With today being Valentine’s Day our quote has meaning on 2 different levels: 1st for those of us who are looking for a unique and creative gift for our spouse or significant other, and 2nd for our daily pursuit of the study of attitude and self improvement. Each of us always have a choice on how we respond to situations and move our lives forward as we see fit.   We can get "stuck" sometimes and producing these sessions are my way of helping me get "unstuck" and to be mindful that I have a choice.  Even if I don't make a choice, I still have made a choice.
