To meditate or not to meditate

So I am a rookie in the arts of podcasting but what's better than raw and undeveloped material? 

I wanted to start podcasting to firstly.. over come some fears and get out of my comfort zone but inevitably I dream big and in Hope's to become a motivational speaker why not start here and give this a go so here I am.
