Understanding our veterans and their stories is a powerful way to honor their sacrifice and service. This week, we highlight Airman Salat Ali, a Somalian born in a Kenyan refugee camp who is now an American citizen serving in the US Air Force. He's achieving his dreams while serving to protect his adopted homeland.
