A key takeaway for me was the concept that after the purchase, people will need to justify it - either to themselves, or to someone else.

So it's our job as the Seller, to help the Buyer justify the purchase.

Something I don't think Spas have a done a particularly good job of doing.

Spa Menus are usually packed full with colourful, fluffy treatment descriptions.

Maybe if we replaced the fluff with some justification, we might just sell more?
