Either you do or you don’t.” This week’s episode begins the first of many conversations with the Whitten and Roy Partnership team. If you were around a year ago, you might recall conversations with Scott Roy and Roy Whitten (the CEOs of WRP). We have now joined up for a special collaboration to bring you the stories and journeys of the humans that make up their company. Featured this week: Pie-Pacifique Kabalira-Uwase Pie-Pacifique began his journey as a boy in Rwanda. However, at a young age he found himself without a father and, at one point, taking care of 8 young children. At the time, he was only 13 years old. Throughout his life, Pie-Pacifique has been faced with many difficulties. From discrimination to war, from the Rwandan genocide to becoming a man, from Tanzania to South Africa, Pie-Pacifique has had his fair share of bad experiences. However, over the years he has also met people and had experiences that helped change the directory of his journey. Each moment has molded him into the man he is today. With these experiences he seeks to share what he has learned with the world so that we all may grow together. Pie-Pacifique has a book coming out very soon. More updates to come when it is released!
