I've noticed there aren't as many women on the path of enlightenment as men, and it seems a big part of that is because women are preoccupied with finding a partner and emotional security. We tend to be more emotionally potent than men, and we have an internal clock that tells us our window of opportunity for having kids.
We live in a world where the female leaders are telling us to be the boss, but that's not the feminine approach. We're more than appealing skin, and this world needs our colourful personalities and magnetic energy.
What I've learned from my marriage is that this emotional security wasn't as stable as I'd thought, but now I'm discovering an inner stability I hadn't known before, in the form of God.
