The EL-train passenger escapes minute 108 into the next car to inform the transit cop that Kimble is on board. Our view of the cop and passenger is then obscured by Sykes, who is also on the train. Sykes points a gun at Kimble while the transit cop calls in that he's got a possible sighting of Kimble. Sykes tells Kimble that this is his stop, and Kimble says it is his stop too. That is when the transit cop busts in as a distraction, only to promptly get shot by Sykes. Kimble pulls the emergency brake and the slowing train tosses everyone around. Kimble takes advantage and punches Sykes in the face.
