Minute sixteen starts with the guards conversation while the prisoners exchange knowing glances with each other. The prison in front of Kimble starts to convulse and foam at the mouth and one guard wants to help while the older one wants to wait. The gate is opened by the younger guard and the prisoner stabs him with a toothbrush. The older guard fires a shotgun, shooting the stabber.
