Minute twenty-one begins with Copeland leaving Kimble to go on the run. Kimble quickly follows, holding his injured side, in the opposite direction from Copeland. Back at the crash scene, an unmarked car arrives carrying five occupants. They are wearing badges and start to look through the train wreck scene.
