A chilly minute twenty-six begins with Kimble stealing some non-neon coveralls out of a tow truck. Marshal Sam considers the town below his viewpoint up on the hill while he waits for news. Cosmo (Joey Pants) talks to Renée on the phone, Poole (L. Scott Caldwell) tells Sam about a blood trail, Biggs (Daniel Roebuck) gets orders to type the blood against the prisoners, and Cosmo gets off his brick of a phone in time to send a fax (cause it's the 90s, kids) and troopers to the local hospitals.
