Dr. Eastman watches Kimble push the kid, named Joel, down the hallway. Sam and his team go through Kimble's trash and discover his love for citrus and fake IDs. They now know he is involved with Cook County Hospital. Back at the hospital, Kimble takes matters into his own hands with Joel, changing the case notes (leaning on the kid while he does it) and affixing his signature that is just a squiggle.
