For over 50 years, cigarette packs in America have looked almost exactly the same. But behind the scenes, a billion-dollar legal war has been raging. The FDA wants to put photorealistic images of diseased lungs and amputated limbs on every pack -and Big Tobacco almost stopped them. Today, we’re diving into the case of R.J. Reynolds v. FDA:the Supreme Court showdown that just changed the face of smoking forever.
