Tobi Ledbetter is a "Bored Okie"; in fact, that's the name of her business. After years of working for others promoting businesses, organizations and events, she opened her own business with her daughter and together, they develop and promote various events. "Okie Winterfest" is coming to the Muskogee Civic Center on Thanksgiving weekend.
